After talking to a number of professional bodies and restaurant owners the IIHCS is pleased to launch its Spring level 5 (QQI major award) programme, which will begin on April 18. This is a 16 week full-time programme followed by a period of placement within specially selected kitchens in the area and working with committed chefs who will ensure that you continue to learn while practising the skills learned in the training kitchen.
